DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enters and prepares the room for cleaning, makes bed, dusts the room and furniture
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests and replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties like steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning as required cleans guest bathroom, bed room and  loor corridor
• Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area like the delivering and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards
• Keeping proper management of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Maintaining quality room arrangement in compliance with our guest and customer interest. 
• Providing excellent customer care giving in and out housekeeping.
