After obtaining the information about identity check, We Request valid identification documents from the maid or nanny, such as a government-issued ID card of home country, birth certificate or educational certificate. passport or Emirates ID's. Verify the authenticity of the documents by checking for security features and comparing the provided information with the original documents

Interview Process: We Conduct a thorough interview with the maid or nanny to assess their skills, qualifications, employment history, reference check and compatibility with the role. Ask relevant questions about their experience, childcare practices, housekeeping abilities, and any other considerable abilities for which client always give preference for the position. We prefer to Contact previous employers or references to verify the candidate's performance, reliability, professionalism and information about their character, work ethic, and suitability for the role.
