Maidsearch Terms of Service

These Terms of Service serve as the governing agreement between you and MAIDSEARCH FZC(refereed to as the "Maidsearch") , establishing the terms and conditions for your access to and use of the maidsearch.ae website (collectively referred to as the "Site") and any services (referred to as the "Services") offered on the Site. This agreement is legally binding.
By clicking the "I Agree" button on the account registration page or by using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and consent to abide by these Terms of Service. Your agreement to these terms is legally binding.
"IF YOU DO NOT AGREE OR ARE UNABLE TO AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED."
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be made available on this webpage, and the date of the last revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after such posting will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

1. NATURE OF OUR SITE AND SERVICES.
1.A.1. Site as a Venue or plateform:
The Site provides a venue or plateform for individuals & families seeking nanny and/or maid and/or Caregiver services (referred to as "Parents") to connect with individuals who are interested in providing those services (referred to as "Nanny, Maid and Caregiver," and collectively with Parents, "Users"). Maidsearch explicitly states that it is not a referral, matching, or placement service, and it does not provide, refer, place, offer, or seek to obtain employment or engagements for any of its Users.
1.A.2. Screening or Verification:
Maidsearch is not obligated to screen or verify the identity, background, training, or experience of any User. Maidsearch does not verify the content submitted by Users, including User Profiles, Reviews, or other User Content. Maidsearch does not have control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of such information on the Site.
1.A.3. User Assessment:
As a User, you are responsible for assessing the individuals you choose to interact with, engage, or provide services to. Maidsearch does not make any representations about the Users or the information they provide on the Site.
It is important to note that while Maidsearch provides a platform for Users to connect, it does not endorse or verify the information provided by Users. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgement and assessment when engaging with other Users on the platform.
1.B.1. User-to-User Transactions:
Maidsearch is not involved in the transactions between Users. Users arrange and conduct the services solely between themselves, and Maidsearch is not a party to those arrangements. Maidsearch does not have control, supervision, or provide training or equipment to Users. Maidsearch has no control over the quality, timing, legality, failure to provide, or any other aspect of the services provided by Users. Users are responsible for resolving any issues, disputes, or concerns directly with each other, including matters related to payments or services received.
1.B.2. Release from Claims & disputes:
Users & candidates agree to release Maidsearch from any claims or liability that may arise from disputes. Maidsearch is not an employment service and does not act as an employer of any User or candidate.
1.B.3. User Responsibilities:
Users are solely responsible for any tax, withholding, or reporting obligations related to the services they provide. This includes obligations such as unemployment insurance, social security, payroll withholding tax, or income reporting. If Maidsearch is found to be liable for any such obligations, Users agree to reimburse and indemnify Maidsearch for all associated costs, expenses, and liabilities.
1.B.4. Provision of Identification Documents:
Users may be required to provide identification documents or other requested information to Maidsearch if requested.
It is important to understand that Maidsearch is not involved in the actual transactions between Users and does not take responsibility for the services provided or any disputes that may arise. Users are advised to comply with their legal obligations and address any issues directly with the other party involved.
2. ELIGIBILITY.
By requesting to use, registering to use, and/or using the Site, you represent and warrant the following:
2.A. If you are a user of the services provided, Individuals, Employer, or parents
2.A.1. Legal Capacity:
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and you are at least 19 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2.A.2. Authorization:
You have the authority and permission to agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
2.A.3. Accurate Information:
The information you provide during registration or at any other time is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.A.4. Compliance with Laws:
Your use of the Site and Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and obligations.
2.A.5. No Prohibited Activities:
You will not engage in any prohibited activities as outlined in the Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized access, or violation of intellectual property rights.
2.A.6. User Content:
Any content you submit on the Site, including User Profiles and Reviews, is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Users' video and gallery (photos) content with the subscribed services is uploaded and shown, subject to availability and users' consent only. & Candidates shortlisted or selected are again subject to Availabile for work if not hired on time.
2.A.7. Responsible Conduct:
You will use the Site and Services responsibly, respecting the rights and privacy of other Users and complying with any additional guidelines or rules provided by Maid Search.
2.A.8. No Misrepresentation:
You will not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, experience, or any other information related to your use of the Site and Services.
It is important to provide truthful and accurate information and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and Services.
2.B. if you are a Maid, Housekeeper Or Nanny:
B.1. Minimum Age: You are an individual who is at least 19 years of age or at least the legal age of majority in the state in which you reside.
2.B.2. Legal Right to Work: You have the legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
2.B.3. Criminal History: You have never been convicted of, or are currently pending trial for, any felony or misdemeanor involving violence, abuse, neglect, fraud, larceny, or any offense that endangers the safety of others. Additionally, you have not been and are not currently required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.
2.C. Maidsearch is not obligated to conduct background or verification checks on its Users.
However, Maidsearch reserves the right to perform such checks and verify your account and registration information, as well as the representations and warranties you have made. This may include using third-party service providers to conduct criminal background checks, identity verification checks, or other verification services, and accessing public records and online sources to the extent permitted by law.
"By using the Site, you agree to release Maidsearch and its Affiliated Parties from any claims regarding misstatements and misrepresentations made by any Users of the Site."
Affiliated Parties" refers to Maidsearch's officers, directors, members, agents, assignees, representatives, marketing partners, licensors, independent contractors, and employees.
It is important to note that Maidsearch does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the background or verification checks, and Users should exercise their own judgment and caution when interacting with other Users on the Site.
3. USE OF SITE AND SERVICES.
3.A. Registration and Account Information.
When registering for the Site, you will need to create an account and provide certain information about yourself, and if you are a Parent, information about your children as well (referred to as "Information"). Your Information will be handled in accordance with Maidsearch's Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide during the account registration process is accurate, current, and complete, including any information obtained through an online social platform used for registration.
Maidsearch may request additional information from you during or after the registration process, and may also utilize third-party services to verify your account or registration information.
As a User, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you must notify Maidsearch immediately.
3.B. Personal Use Only.
Your account on the Site is intended for your personal use only, and you are not allowed to permit anyone else to use your account. The purpose of the Site is for individuals who want to find, select, review, and connect with candidates or other Users for Maid or nanny services. Any use of the Site for purposes other than those related to maid & nanny services, including solicitation, advertising, or contacting other Users/candidate for unrelated purposes, is strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from sending chain letters, junk or spam emails to other Users or candidates, or using any information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others. In order to protect Users & candidates from such activities, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, such as limiting the number of messages a User can send to others within a 24-hour period, terminating Subscriptions or accounts, or blocking access to the Site for users with specific IP addresses.
3.C. Use of Other Users, staff and candidates Personal Information.
As a User of the Site, you may occasionally receive personal information of staff, other Users, or candidates. It is important to understand that any personal information you receive should only be used for the specific purpose it was provided to you in connection with the Site and the Services. You are not permitted to contact Parents, or for Parents to contact Maidsearch, for any purpose other than asking questions, providing information, or making arrangements related to the services available on the Site. This helps ensure that personal information is handled appropriately and that interactions on the Site remain focused on the intended purpose.
3.D. Circumvention of Site and Services.
To maintain the integrity of Maidsearch's messaging tools and booking platform, it is strictly prohibited to use the Site or Services, or any information obtained from them, for the purpose of circumventing or attempting to circumvent these tools or platform. This includes any actions taken to avoid paying the fees associated with Maidsearch's provision of the Services. The proper use of the provided tools and platform is essential for a fair and transparent experience for all Users.
3.E. Additional Prohibited Uses of the site.
In addition to the previously mentioned terms, there are further prohibited uses of the Site and Services. These include:
3.E.1 Unauthorized access: You are not allowed to access content or data that is not intended for you, nor are you permitted to log onto a server or account without proper authorization.
3.E.2 Security breaches: Any attempts to probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization are strictly prohibited.
3.E.3 Interference: You must not interfere or attempt to interfere with the service provided to any user, host, or network. This includes actions such as malware distribution, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail bombing, or crashing.
3.E.4 Unsolicited emails: Using the Site or Services to send unsolicited emails, promotions, or advertisements for products or services is prohibited.
3.E.5 Forgery: You are not allowed to forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting using the Services.
3.E.6 Source code modification: Any attempts to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or reduce to a human-perceivable form any of the source code used by Maidsearch in providing the Site or Services are strictly prohibited.
Violation of these security and usage provisions may lead to civil and/or criminal liability. It is important to respect the integrity and security of the Site and Services to ensure a safe and reliable experience for all users.
3.F. Risk Assumption and Precautions.
When using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that you assume all risks associated with any online or offline interactions with other Users. This includes, but is not limited to, risks related to your personal safety and the accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness of other Users. Maidsearch does not screen or verify the identity, background, or intentions of its Users, and therefore, you should exercise caution and take necessary precautions when meeting or interacting with other Users.
It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and make informed decisions when engaging with other Users. This may include conducting your own assessments, verifying information provided by other Users, and using common sense when meeting in person. Maidsearch does not endorse or guarantee the actions, behavior, or quality of services provided by Users.
By using the Site, you agree to release Maidsearch from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your interactions or dealings with other Users. It is important to prioritize your personal safety and make informed decisions when using the Site and engaging with other Users.
3.G. Maidsearch Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy of Maidsearch. It is important to familiarize yourself with the Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and protected by Maidsearch. .
3.H. No Violation of Laws regulations.
When using the Site and the Services, it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes ensuring that any User Content you post on the Site is in accordance with the law. You should refrain from engaging in any illegal activities or posting any content that violates the rights of others or is prohibited by law. Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations may result in legal consequences.
3.I. Reporting of Violations.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to promptly report any violations of these terms or any alleged misconduct or improprieties of any Users. If you come across any violations or have concerns regarding the behavior of other Users, please notify us promptly by contacting us at contact@maidsearch.ae. Your cooperation in reporting such incidents is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all Users..
4. USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATION RULES AND GUIDELINES.
As a User of the Site, you may have the ability to post or transmit User Content, which includes items such as User profiles (referred to as "Profiles"), reviews of Maidsearch (referred to as "Reviews"), and messages to other Users or on group forums. It is important to note that you are solely responsible for any User Content you post on the Site or transmit to other Users. Once you have posted or transmitted User Content, it may not always be possible to retract or remove it. Therefore, it is essential to exercise caution and consider the implications of your User Content before sharing it on the Site.
4.A. Content and Communication Restrictions.
As a User, you are prohibited from engaging in certain activities on the Site or through the Services. Specifically, you must not post, transmit, or communicate any content (including links to content) that:,
4.A.1 Is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
4.A.2 Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or vulgar.
4.A.3 Posting photographs or images of another person, unless you are that person's parent or legal guardian.
4.A.4 Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. Sharing or using others' copyrighted content without obtaining written permission.
4.A.5 Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
4.A.6 Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful components & Using scripts, bots, or automated technology to access the Site.
4.A.7 Promotes or incites violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities.
4.A.8 Is unrelated to the purpose of the Site or Services.
4.A.9 Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.
4.A.10 Violating the rights of third parties, including rights of privacy or publicity or Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and Maidsearch reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any content violates these restrictions.
4.B. Content Removal Right.
Maidsearch reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor User Content submitted on the Site, including Profiles, Reviews, or other User Content. In its sole discretion, Maidsearch may remove any such information or material if it determines that:
4.B.1 It violates or may violate any applicable law or the terms outlined in these Terms of Service,
4.B.2 It is offensive, illegal, or poses a threat to the rights, safety, or well-being of Users or others, or
4.B.3 It is deemed inappropriate for any other reason at the sole discretion of Maidsearch.
Please note that Maidsearch has the discretion to make these determinations, and it may remove or take action regarding User Content without prior notice.
4.C. Our Right to Use of user Content.
By posting or transmitting User Content on the Site, you grant Maidsearch and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content worldwide in any media. This includes the right to use your User Content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation to you. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license to Maidsearch
4.D. Guideline and Suggestions while posting Reviews
When posting Reviews on the Site, please adhere to the following guidelines:
4.D.1 Accuracy and Objectivity: Provide honest and factual feedback based on your personal experience. Make sure your review accurately reflects your interactions and the services received.
4.D.2 Respectful and Constructive: Keep your language respectful and refrain from using offensive or derogatory remarks. Focus on providing constructive criticism and helpful insights.
4.D.3 Relevant and Specific: Ensure that your review is relevant to the services provided and includes specific details about your experience. This helps other Users make informed decisions.
4.D.4 Privacy and Confidentiality: Do not disclose any personal or sensitive information about individuals, including personal contact details or private conversations. Respect the privacy of others.
4.D.5 Intellectual Property: Do not post any copyrighted content or use content without proper authorization. Make sure that your review does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
4.D.6 Non-Discrimination: Refrain from posting discriminatory or prejudiced reviews based on factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or nationality. Treat all Users fairly and equally.
4.D.7 Prohibition of Fraudulent or Manipulative Reviews: Do not post fake or misleading reviews. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and opinions.
4.D.8 Compliance with Laws: Ensure that your review complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to defamation, privacy, and consumer protection.
Maidsearch reserves the right to remove or modify any reviews that violate these guidelines or are deemed inappropriate or misleading. Continued violations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
5. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT & EEFECTS.
Upon the termination of your account, you will lose access to the Site and Services that require account registration. Your Profile will no longer be displayed, but certain User Content you have posted or transmitted (such as Reviews or messages to other Users) may or may not remain on the Site at our sole discretion. If you decide to re-register with Maidsearch after the termination of your account, any User Content associated with your previous account may not be available to you.
When your Subscription is terminated, your access to Premium Services will be discontinued. However, you will still have access to your account and the portions of the Site and Services available to Users without Subscriptions. If you continue to use or access other parts of the Site and/or Services after the termination or cancellation of your Subscription and/or account, your use will still be governed by these Terms of Service.
Furthermore, even if you discontinue using or accessing the Site, certain sections of these Terms of Service will remain in effect. and will continue to be binding and applicable to you.
Please note that the specific provisions and conditions regarding the termination of your Subscription and account may be further detailed in other sections of these Terms of Service.
5.A. Termination by Maidsearch.
Maidsearch reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
5.A.1 Violation of Terms of Service: Failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms of Service or any other policies and guidelines provided by Maidsearch.
5.A.2 Misuse or Abuse of Site: Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or Services, including but not limited to hacking, introducing malware, or attempting to circumvent security measures.
5.A.3 Inappropriate Content or Behavior: Posting or transmitting content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others. Engaging in behavior that is harassing, threatening, or disruptive to other Users or Maidsearch.
5.A.4 Fraudulent or Misleading Activity: Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including but not limited to posting fake reviews, manipulating ratings, or misrepresenting information.
5.A.5 Non-Payment: Failure to make timely and accurate payments for any services or fees associated with the use of the Site or Services.
5.A.6 Legal Requirements: Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes that require termination or suspension of access to the Site or Services.
5.A.7 If your account has been terminated by Maidsearch, you are not allowed to create a new account without the express consent of Maidsearch. Re-registration without consent is prohibited. If Maidsearch grants you permission to re-register, it is important to note that your previous account information, activities, and any associated fee credits may no longer be accessible or available to you.
Upon termination, your access to the Site and Services will be immediately revoked, and you may no longer use or access the features provided by Maidsearch. You acknowledge that Maidsearch shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or Services.
Maidsearch also reserves the right to retain and store your account information and User Content for a certain period of time, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after termination.
5.B. Termination by User.
As a User, you have the right to terminate your account at any time. To do so, you can contact us through mail or contacus form in writing. It is important to note that if you choose to terminate your account, you may re-register in the future. However, please be aware that any previous information, activities, fee credits, and User Content associated with your previous account may no longer be accessible or available. If you have an active Subscription, you may not be able to transfer or receive refund towards re-registration unless maidsearch agreed to it.
6. BACKGROUND/VERIFICATION CHECK BY MAIDSEARCH OR THIRDPARTY.
Maidsearch reserves the right to conduct background and verification checks on its users and may use third-party service providers to perform these checks. This may include criminal background checks, identity verification checks, or other background or verification services.
By using the Site and Services, you agree to allow Maidsearch to conduct such checks and verify the information provided during your account registration. This may involve using available public records, online sources, and third-party service providers. These checks are performed to ensure the safety and integrity of the Maidsearch community and to verify the accuracy of the information provided by users.
It's important to note that Maidsearch has no obligation to conduct these background or verification checks. However, by using the Site and Services, you acknowledge that Maidsearch reserves the right to do so. Additionally, you agree to release Maidsearch and its affiliated parties from any claims or liabilities regarding any misstatements or misrepresentations made by any users of the Site.

7. FINANCIAL POLICIES.
7.A. Fees & Subscription.
Maidsearch offers certain fee-based services on the Site. Users have the option to purchase subscription to access and use specific services that are not available to users without Subscription. (Premium Services).
The current Subscription plans and their associated fees for users can be found on the Maidsearch website. It's important to note that these Subscription plans, Premium Services, and fees are subject to change or termination by Maidsearch without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking the website for the most up-to-date information regarding Subscription plans and fees.
By using the fee-based Services, Users agree to pay the applicable fees set by Maidsearch. Users also authorize Maidsearch to charge their chosen payment provider for the use of the Site and the fee-based Services. Maidsearch reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in the fees charged, even if payment has already been requested or received.
It's worth mentioning that Subscriptions, fee credits (if any), and other associated benefits are nontransferable. This means that they cannot be transferred to other users or accounts.

7.B. Renewals & Cancellation.
purchased subscriptions on Maidsearch are duration or time-based(ex days) and will not be automatically renewed, Users will need to manually renew their subscription once it expires.
Users will be notified about the expiration of their subscription when they log in to their personal space. it is automaticall lock premium services once duration of subscription ends. It is the responsibility of the user to renew their subscription if they wish to continue accessing the premium services provided by Maidsearch.

7.C. Promotional Offers.
Maidsearch may offer limited time promotional offers to users. During this period users will have access to specific premium services determined by Maidsearch. Promotional offers, which may include discount codes or account credits toward fees, may have expiration dates.
Please note that the specific details of trials, promotional offers, and their terms and conditions may be outlined in the offer itself or on the Maidsearch website.
7.D. Payment information.
If you purchase a Subscription or any services mentioned on the Maidsearch website and make a payment, including using Maidsearch's Online Payment Service or any recommended fee-based Services, please note that we do not store your payment card information on our website. Therefore, there will not be any automatic renewal of your subscription.
It is important to understand that Maidsearch reserves the right to terminate a User's Subscription and/or account if payment is on hold or if the user terminates or stops the payment process
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.(Trademarks & Ownership)
This Website and all intellectual property rights in the Website are owned by Maidsearch. Maidsearch reserves all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, brand elements, database rights, patents, and all other intellectual property rights of any kind, whether registered or unregistered.
You have no right to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, have distributed, transmit or sublicense from materials or content available on the Site, other than User Content you create.
9. DISPUTES.
If any disputes or disagreements arise between a user and a Maidsearch relating to the services provided by Maidsearch or payments made by or due from user, the user and the Maidsearch are responsible for resolving any such disputes directly with each other. Maidsearch will not be a party to any such dispute, and Maidsearch will not be obligated to take any action toward resolving the dispute.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
Plese read this section carefully. This section "LIMITS THE LIABILITY OF MAIDSEARCH" AND "ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES". Each of the Subsections below applies upto the maximum extent permitted under applicable Law
10.A. "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Basis.
Maidsearch provides the Site on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use to the site and content present present in the site are at "Your Own Descretion and Risk".
10.B. "WARRANTIES" and "RELEASE".
Maidsearch grants "NO WARRANTIES" of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Users, the Services, or the Site (or any information contained in the Site). Maidsearch does not grant any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
"Maidsearch does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information and materials on the Site or provided or obtained in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, information contained in any background or verification report, regardless of whether ordered by a User or Maidsearch."
Further, Maidsearch does not warrant that your use of the Site or Services or that information on the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, available, accurate, or that any defects in the Site will be corrected. Maidsearch makes no warranties about the connectivity and continued availability of the Site or Services.
"YOU AGREE TO RELEASE MAIDSEARCH AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITY, COSTS, OR EXPENSES, OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH:

10.C. User Contents.
Maidsearch makes no claims or promises about;
10.C.1 the opinions, advice, statements, reviews, or other information or content made available on the Site or through the Services by Users, or
10.C.2 the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site or available through the Services.
11 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11.A. limitation of liablity
"In no event will Maidsearch or its affiliated parties be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the site or the services. This includes, but is not limited to, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from:
11.A.1 interactions with other users of the site, whether online or offline,

11.B.1 indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages,
11.B.2 loss of profits,
11.B.3 business interruption,
11.B.4 loss of or damage to reputation, or
11.B.5 loss of information or data.
11.C. Maximum Liability.
Without Limiting any other provision in these terms of service, Maidsearch's maximum aggregate liability to you for losses or damages you suffer in connection with the Site, the Services, or these Terms of Service is limited to the greater of:
11.C.1 the amount paid, if any, by you to Maidsearch in connection with the Site in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to the liability, or
11.C.2 AED 200.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Maidsearch has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
11.D. Your Exclusive Right.
Your sole and exclusive right and remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Site, Services, or any other grievance shall be to terminate your account and discontinue access to or use of the Services.
12. INDEMNIFICATION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maidsearch and its Affiliated Parties from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, demands, or liability, including attorneys' fees and costs incurred, arising out of:
12.A.1 Your use or misuse of the Site or Services.
12.A.2 Any materials and content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site.
12.A.3 Your violation of these Terms of Service or any rights of a third party.
12.A.4 Your interactions with or conduct towards other Users.
12.A.5 Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
12.A.6 Information contained in any background or verification report, regardless of whether ordered by a User or Maidsearch.
You agree to cooperate as reasonably requested by Maidsearch in the defense of such claims. Maidsearch and its Affiliated Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by Users.
13. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT.
Maidsearch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Users to do the same. If you believe that any materials on the Site infringe your copyright, you may request the removal of those materials by contacting Maidsearch's copyright agent and providing the following information:
13.A.1 Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, including a description of the work and the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version.
13.A.2 Identification of the material that you believe is infringing, including a description of the material and its location.
13.A.3 Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
13.A.4 A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the materials is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
13.A.5 A statement that the information you provided is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
13.A.6 A signature or the electronic equivalent from the copyright holder or authorized representative.
Please note that any misrepresentation of material or information in your copyright infringement claim may result in liability for damages, including legal fees and costs incurred by the alleged infringer or by Maidsearch.
14. MISCELLANEOUS
14.A. Language.
It is explicitly stated by Maidsearch that these Terms of Service and all associated documents on the Website are provided in the English language.
14.B. Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and any claim, cause of action, or dispute between you and Maidsearch will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the UAE courts.
14.C. No Joint Venture or Partnership.
These Terms of Service explicitly state that no partnership, joint venture, agency, employer-employee, contractor, or legal representative relationship is created between you and Maidsearch. It is important to note that Maidsearch does not operate as an employment service or agency, and does not serve as an employer or referral source for any User.
14.D. Severability.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified or interpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14.E. Entire Agreement.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Maidsearch concerning the use of the Site and Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and Maidsearch regarding the same subject matter. The parties acknowledge that they have not relied on any representations or statements that are not expressly stated in these Terms of Service.
