DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome the guests with smile, and esscort them to the table.
• Taking reservations through phone according to our floor plan.
• Checking for allergens & also kids policies.
• Checking with guests smoking & non smoking.
• Before operation starts inform manager, supervisor to arrange the table as per reservation.
• Present the menus and inform our specials to try out for sale at the same time.
• Keep the data of every guests, interms of likes and dislikes.
• Arranging menus in proper way by keeping them clean and tidy.
• Attend briefing, giving proper information about our regular & VIP guests.
• Greeting guest as they enter and putting them on waiting list as necessary.
• Seating guests at tables or in waiting area.
• Assigning guests to tables as they prefer while keeping table rotation in mind.
• Engaging with guests to ensure that they're happy with food and service.
• Responding to complains and helping to resolve them.
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
• Helping out with other positions in the restuarant as needed.

• Handle cash, credit transaction with customers.
