DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing general administrative and clerical duties (photocopy, scanning,faxing, issuing invoice, maintaining a current and accurate filing system,booking and organizing conference meeting, monitoring the use of office supplies and couriers’ services (parcels).
  • Responsible for processing Temporary/Permanent Airport Pass, Airport Driving Permit inside the free zone
  • Keeping track of Log in and log out patients daily.
  • Handling and preparing for Ultrasound/X-ray procedure.
  • Efficiently handled patient’s complaints by providing immediate corrective action.
