• To ensure patients safety at all times
• Assist patient in eating, bathing, changing clothes, exercising and daily activities.
• Give medicine and vitamins.
• Take vital signs and inform the Doctor if there’s increase in vital signs and if the patient is sick or any medical issues.
• Accompanied patients to go out of facility (have some laboratory test or check up at the clinic or hospital).
• Calm the patients if agitated or angry to other patients or staff (divert their attention)
• Make written incident report and report it to the doctor.
