DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serving customers at the sales counter
2. Greet the customers politely and present extend a friendly and helpful attitude. Respond to the customer enquiries and resolve them satisfactorily.
3. Managing cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
4. Offering face to face advice to customers on the stores products.
5. Responsible for the daily management of the tally in the absence of the senior members.
6. Using the stock management system to log, check,locate and move stock both in and out of the store.
7. Involved indirectly with ticketing of products as well as checking paperwork against items received.
8. Maximising store revenue by suggesting upgrades,insurance and add-ons to customers.
9. Occasionally being responsible for the stores security including being it's key holder.

11. Making sure that any item which is removed from a display column is replaced immediately after a sale.
