DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Welcome customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
•  Communicate and assist customers in any way possible and as the customers may require.
•  Takes orders from customers and makes sure that the food is served properly and on time.
•  Responsible for checking the right bill given to the customers.
•  Closing the bill in the right way through cash or cards
•  Informed the customers regarding new items on the menu, explaining to them the food you are serving.
•  Proper setup, proper food handling
•  Closing the cash and card machines properly
•  Giving reports about the sales, discounts, and voids that occur on the day.
•  Reporting to Captains, Supervisors, and Managers to deal with customer complaints.
•  Prepare food and beverages for the employers and the guests.
•  Ensure the cleanliness of the house.
•  Assist the family member for their everyday needs such as preparing clothes, packing their bag and foods.
•  Ensure the health, safety and cleanliness of the royal babies.
•  Take care of the baby whenever the family is going and ensure that all the things the needed is packed.
