Work History

  • Supervise all colleagues who are responsible for children attending the kids club and ensuring the safety and security at all time.
  • Ensuring parent/guardians completes and to fill up and sign the kids club registration form when checking in.
  • Ensure all the kids/participant in kids club put their shoes/slipper in shoe rock or locker provided to maintain cleanliness of the floor.
  • Supervise the kids and oversee the operation in kids club.
  • Responsible for the professional running of the kid’s daily activity program by being organize and committed to providing excellent entertainment to guest.
  • Responsible for general cleaning duties in teens and kids club including disinfecting toys. *Ensure rules and regulations are enforced all the time.
  • Must be fun, creative enthusiastic, positive, flexible and good at multitasking.
  • Patience and creative energy to work with children as well high tolerance for childhood behaviour.
  • Make sure to hand over all the lost and found valuable items to security and none valuable to housekeeping.
  • Make an incident report if there’s any accident happened inside the teens and kids club.
  • Double check all the lights are switch off and all the doors are close
  • Welcome guest and assist on their respective table.
  • Take order and serve properly
  • Ensure to check guest needs and all the food have served
  • Assist the guest with the payment
  • Make sure that the guest is comfortable and meets their needs
