DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
• Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
• Care for baby by overseeing their activities, providing companionship, and assisting them with dressing, bathing, eating, and other needs.
• Newborn care (feeding, diapering, naptimes)

• Sweep and mop floors around the house including the kitchen and the porch.

• Wash and dry dishes and put away in designated cupboards.

• Ensure that carpets are vacuumed as per the orders of homeowners.
• Empty waste bins and ensure that all waste is properly put away.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and bring to the designated areas
• Purchase or order groceries and household supplies to keep kitchens stocked, and record expenditures.
