DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Respond to customer requests
• Emptying waste, Clean and supply designated facility areas
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, Following safety regulations
• Dust and polish various surfaces, Mopping, Vacuuming, Cleaning experience
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, Reordering cleaning supplies as needed
• Restroom cleaning & Taking out the garbage.
• Establish cleaning schedules, Maintain equipment as needed
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits

• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms

• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
