DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner.
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping.
• Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
