DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back of house areas and customer areas.
• Service all bedrooms and corridors in line with company policy.
• Create and work to daily job list from the room status list, arrivals and departures list.
•  Dispose of trash, waste and other unwanted materials.
•  Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills, etc.
•  Clean and wash basins, mirrors, tubes and showers
•  Participate in monthly staff meetings and training sessions
•  Assist in keeping front-of-house and toilets clean and tidy at all times.
•  Attend all team meetings and briefings at the beginning of every shift.
• Carry out all other instructions assigned by management.
