DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enters and prepares the room for cleaning., Dusting the rooms and furniture.
• Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies, Checks and secures the rooms.
• Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
• Deliver and retrieve item on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required.
• Cleans guest bathroom / bed making/ floor corridor.
• Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Perform general cleanup of all office facilities.
• Sweep, mop, polishes, refinishes, resilient floors, vacuums and dumps garbage and recycle bins, performs all cleaning aspects of halls, offices, board rooms, restrooms, lunch rooms as well as washes walls, windows, upholstered.
• Cleans and stocks restroom facilities.
• Cleaning floors and surface using prescribed BICSc method and procedures.
• Scrub the floor and buffing with machine.
• Dust, mop and sweep offices,clean mirror and windows along with polishing, fitting and fixture.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor and any cleaning equipment that my need repair or replacement.
• Clean and disinfect bathroom and public restroom.
• Guide guest regarding travel destination.
