• Regularly check the security cameras to point any irregular activity and behavior
• Anticipates potential problems and reacts to disturbances and prohibited conduct
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards
• Always maintain positive guest relations.
• Handle issues with Lost and Found items
• Patrol outdoors as well as room hallways and activity areas. Checking entrance gates.
• Monitor security cameras, alarm systems and other electronic surveillance equipment.
