DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Greeting customers with a smile ,deliver excellent customer service, at all times
•  Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house areas and customer areas
•  Service all bedrooms and corridors, in line with company policy
•  Create and work to daily job lists from the room status list, arrivals and departures list
•  Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to  guests, on request, while maximizing bedroom sales opportunities
•  Maintain the stocking levels of all point-of-sales and consumables
•  Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
•  Reset lighting to the current standards. To prepare the hotel rooms bed for the guests
•  To remove dirty bedding and pillow case and replace the duvet covers between guest  before arrives
•  To clean bathroom and scrub the floor and toilet wash the shower and bathtub
•  To remove used towel and replace them with clean towels
•  To vacuum the floor and dust the surfaces
•  To empty the garbage cans and tide them 
•  Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
•  Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
•  Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
•  Clean window glass partition and mirrors
