Work History

  • Prepare bubble tea, fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of beverages.
  • Adjust sweetness levels, ice levels, and toppings based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in drink preparation area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor stock levels of tea leaves, milk, syrups, toppings and cups.
  • Assist in restocking and placing supply orders when needed.
