DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring the Baby from time to time and change the position to prevent head deformation.
• Changing diaper and feeding/burping every 2 to 3 hours or as per the instruction of the pediatrician.
• Sterilizing all the feeding bottles, and keep clean all things of the babies.
• Giving the daily routine like massages, bathing, and giving the vitamins as prescribed.
• Helping and educating the family the proper techniques for newborn care.
• Preparing all the needs and checking all the stocks and inform to the parents.
• Accompanying them for schedules to the doctor and follow all the instruction given if any.
• Monitoring the baby whole night under the sleep trained. Checking the temperature and changing position.
• Sterilizing all the feeding bottles, pacifiers and keep clean all things of the babies.
• Cleaning and changing clothes before end of the shift and check all  the skin integrity of the baby and keep moisturized. Feeding and Burping.
